Junction Triangle Transformation

In the Junction Triangle there is a transition happening...

After renting the home out for many years the tenant was moving on . So Beth and Patti decided to take a couple of months and start there latest project. And it turned out perfectly. They started at the sidewalk and carried on right through the entire home.

From the Front Verandah in the floors are expertly refinished, the home freshly painted, accented with French doors, inspiring light fixtures and a cozy comfortable feeling. Two nicely sized bedrooms with bright windows and hardwood floors are refreshed with a new 4 piece bath all white and bright with wood accents to complete the rustic cozy feeling. The Sun room can be utilized as a Main floor Office and there is a separate entrance to a Lower Level office/ plus one bedroom. The Sun Room overlooks the back porch, patio and rear gardens. There is room for one parking and with a 90 Walkscore you are minutes from the Bllor GO or the Lansdowne Subway.

It is truly inspiring to see this beautiful transformation.
