I have previously shared with you that there is lot more that happens with clients than just getting a sale.
An example of this would be something that happened to some of my clients who moved into their new home approximately 3 months ago. About a month ago they called me with a concern. I did not have an immediate answer but we talked about it couple of times and I thought the best thing to do would be to ask my home inspector, Peter, his opinion. He was very helpful and genuinely concerned so he offered to go to the clients’ home and look into their concern. They were thrilled that he was willing to help and give them some advice. Their concern was resolved and my clients are very happy to have the problem behind them.
This is the only way I know how to do business. It's about ‘full-service’, not about just getting a sale.
