I know we only like to talk about the disappointing experiences we have in our day to day lives but I want to switch it up!
I have had some really excellent customer service lately. I went to Barrie Acura to take my car in for some scheduled service and Nathan was telling me what was needed. Then he asked me when exactly I bought the car from their used car department. I told him and he said he wanted to look into it. A lot of these items may have been done by the dealership before it was sold to me. He took the time to look into it and called me back and said all the items I was looking at getting done were all taken care of just before I bought the vehicle. How good is that? He could have easily charged me a lot of money but he chose to look after my interests ahead of his and now I am a ‘FAN’ for life.
Acura of Barrie has my business…period.
