Suite City Life
Single, separated, living in a suite in the city! These 25-34 year olds make their homes in an apartment, have good educations, some with graduate degrees, and are launching into their careers and family lives. Many have small children and babies and with a high instance of lone parent families, their resources are stretched. However, diverse ethnic flavours abound! Recent immigrants of Central and South American, Eastern European, African, Asian and Middle Eastern decent offer a mix of Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim, Orthodox and Christian values with the family unit being very important and supportive. This group has a significant portion of non-permanent residents and are very mobile, seeking to improve their lifestyles. They tend to have lower expenditures due to their low incomes which range from $10,000 - $40,000 and have experienced some unemployment. They use public transit to go to work, take the children to health care appointments and visit their community of friends!
