Get to know the Giraudys
The Giraudys aren’t your average real estate team. The group of three is a family living, working and spending time along the lakeshore, a community they know and love.“We’re a small, close-knit team, so our clients really get to know all of us,” says Paul Giraudy. We don’t let anything fall through the cracks.”
“We pride ourselves on being accessible for our clients; we’re not just a face” adds Angela Giraudy.Angela has always had a passion for real estate. She started her career in property management and commercial real estate and, after spending nine years raising her two children, Laura and Tyler, she decided to work in residential real estate and become more involved in her community. That was thirty years ago and, in 1992, her husband, Paul, decided to leave his job in corporate marketing to join her. In 2014, Laura joined the team.
The Giraudys aim to become friends with their clients, who are most often their neighbours. Each team member is knowledgeable about every client case, ensuring that no detail is ever overlooked. They know New Toronto, Mimico, Long Branch and Alderwood like the backs of their hands because they’ve spent 40 years living in and loving the community.
“After our clients have bought or sold with us, they often feel like they’re members of our family,” says Laura Giraudy.
Clients say the Trio goes above and beyond their expectations, making complicated situations straightforward and fun. The Giraudys take care of the details, helping stage and prepare homes to ensure sellers get the best price and assisting buyers to find the best deal for their dollar.
The team also enjoys giving back to the community. When Laura and Tyler were growing up, the family always participated and supported Girl Guides, Boy Scouts and local hockey and lacrosse teams. Today, they participate in community action groups, like waterfront clean ups and regularly donate to local schools, churches and Women’s Habitat and the Redwood Foundation through the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, dedicated to funding women’s shelters.Brokerage address: 3031 Bloor St W, Toronto, Ontario, M8X1C5
