KATHLEEN NORA MONAHAN

Kathy Monahan has been a real estate representative since 1988, working in all areas in Toronto and in all price ranges. Kathy's prior experience as a registered nurse, an eighteen year career which encompassed everything from psychiatry to intensive care and took her as far afield as Switzerland, helped her develop life experience and polish the people skills for which she is known.

The core of Kathy's clientele is repeat and referral business. She also prides herself on being in many ways a contrarian when it comes to the typical approach to sales: never pushy, never pressuring, never "closing", Kathy allows those who choose to work with her the space and freedom to make up their own minds, to become comfortable with the decision which in many cases is the largest financial one they will make in their lives.

Kathy has another ace in the hole. Her husband, Patrick, retired recently from a career as a high school history teacher, has his real estate license and works with her.
