Eastforest Homes knows that building a new house is a fun and exciting opportunity and we’ve doubled the size of our Design Studio so, more than ever, you can express your individuality and creativity in your home. Our skilled designers will work one-on-one with you to define your personalized style and expertly guide you through the design and interior selection process.

Our comprehensive studio and interior design service offers you a one-stop selection location to ensure you understand the selection process, the standard features that come with your home and the options, features and colours available for you to think about.

Working with the Design Studio

Once you've chosen Eastforest Homes as your new builder, your Design Studio Team is always here to help you completely through this process.

Step1

We suggest that you visit the Design Studio before your actual Selection Appointment, so you have a chance to review and consider all the wonderful choices you can make for your home. We'll start you out with a complete and thorough tour and then your're free to browse, ask questions and familliarize yourself with everything we have available for you. Our staff is available to provide pricing on the spot for many of the showroom items and, if required, can complete a Request for Quote form for any items that you would like to have priced out for your home. This will allow you to have a complete wish list of everything that you would like to have in your new home, including qotes on cost. We can then help you during your Selection Appointment to make your final decisions.

Step 2

Once you Purchase and Sale Agreement is processed, the Design Studio will contact you to set up an appointment for you colour and option selections. Your Selection Appointment will be with one of our extensively trained Design Consultants. They'll take you through every aspect of your home, answer all of youe questions, point out important features and help you create your dream home from top to bottom. To ensure that you receive adequate time to make your selections, we request that all meetings are by appointment only.

Selection appointments are scheduled Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

It is important that you make all your decisions during this appointment, as the construction of your new home is based on your selections. Please ensure that all decision makers are present for the Design Studio appointment
