Melanie and I just completed our design choices for our new home on Baxter, and we wanted to provide you with some feedback on our experience. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that we would have the services of a designer to assist us with all our choices. Helen was extremely helpful in creating a great overall look for our home.
She was very generous with her time, flexible with her schedule and always was able to provide us with an answer to our questions and concerns. We think Helen's taste is exquisite and her work will reflect well on New Horizon Homes.
We also wanted to mention how accommodating and helpful Gerald and Joe have been throughout the process. From day 1 the experience has been very positive. Gerald was the first person we met at New Horizon Homes. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and has been a tremendous help at quarterbacking the process and keeping us informed each step of the way. Joe has been great at customizing the plans to meet our needs. He has great vision at turning ideas into reality. he has also been very hands-on in ensuring we are pleased with how things are progressing.

Just got the keys etc., yesterday and got Victoria ( the tenant) all taken care of. Thanks for everything and also, thx for the gift basket that was in the Suite. Everything looks great!
I have to tell you, this Dan Radassao guy is an all star! From the moment he made contact with us he has been taking care of everything and he is incredibly helpful. I think he ends every conservation with 'if there's anything else I can do to help please let me know'...gotta love that in this day and age where customer service is often lacking. Some people get it and some people don't...he's one of the good one for sure.
He actually installed a couple of bathroom items for me...I hope this was ok, but I tried to offer him some cash for doing it and he refused to take it. I wish I had some leaf tickets left because he was saying he loves hockey and hadn't been to a game yet this year, but mine are all gone.
Anyway just wanted to let you know this...not to say that Laura and everyone else weren't great as usual, but this guy really made an impression that i believe is great for your business.

After speaking with various contractors, it became apparent that the New Horizon team was completely on the same page as us. Even though our project created a number of very challenging obstacles, the team at New Horizon was definitely ready for the task at hand. They kept to the scheduled deadlines and to our delight, not only did they meet our expectations, they actually exceeded them!
The bottom line is...we are extremely pleased with the creativity, workmanship and the professionalism put forth by the entire crew. All Members of the team were very conscious and considerate of our schedule over the course of a 3 month period.
We're already looking forward to working with New Horizon Homes on our next renovation.
