I found Kim to be a very patient, kind, thoughtful, and hard-working real estate agent as she sought to sell my house in Richmond Hill. (She also has a great sense of humour.) I could not have asked for anything more from her - she had already done it all. Since I had already moved a long way away, she took over some of the final details of presenting the house, without my help. And did a wonderful job, by the way. Because of some unusual factors, it proved to be a difficult house to sell, even though it looked really good on paper. She spent a long time dealing with numerous prospective buyers, holding open houses, and following up with everyone who dropped by. Re: Sale of property @ 22 Madawaska Ave., Willowdale. I would just like to say that we found Kim to be very easy to deal with. The sale she helped us with was the selling of our Fathers house. He had passed away and with my other 2 sisters we had the task of selling the family home we grew up in. So Kim not only had to deal with 1 seller she had 3 sellers as we all needed to agree on things. My one sister lives out west and had just moved from B.C. to Saskatchewan so she was quite fresh in dealing with the sale of a home. I myself knew Kim prior to the sale and felt quite comfortable with her, but my older sisters had to agree on her as an agent. At first my sisters wanted to check out 3 or more agents before deciding on one. Well after their first meeting with Kim they said that they changed their minds and wanted to list with her. Almost two years ago I requested Kim Gingell to sell our 3 year old Condo in Richmond Hill. We knew it would not be easy as another 3 suites had been on the market for over one year.
